Position Overview

We are hiring two full-time positions - a Western Region Manager based out of our head office in Everett, WA and an Eastern Region Manager remote position ideally located in the Southeast US. Both positions report to the CEO. The position works in close coordination with the CEO and other business development managers to drive the sales and growth of the company. Pallet’s primary market focus is in disaster response, homeless housing and agricultural worker housing. Customer base would include but not be limited to: Non-Profits, Federal, State, County and City governments, FEMA, Emergency Management teams, Faith-based and volunteer groups, local growers and housing programs for agricultural H2A workers. Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales pipeline for a multi-state region from initial lead to close of sale

  • Seek out new customers and sales opportunities for driving revenue and company success

  • Build long term relationships with key contacts and target customers

  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and provide regular reports to leadership to determine business growth potential

  • Maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) with all opportunities and progress along the sales pipeline

  • Assist the CEO in creating quarterly and annual sales forecasts

  • Continue open communication with all other division managers, sharing sales information between departments

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and keep updated all relevant marketing, promotional and website materials

  • Monthly meetings and reports

  • Attend conventions, trade shows, and industry events

  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries from web and send quotes for customers in your region

Qualifications

  • A proven record of at least 2 years demonstrated sales growth and success

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Preferred but not required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area

    • Industry experience in natural disaster response, emergency management, government contracting (Customer base would include but not limited to: Non-Profits, City governments, County governments, Emergency Management teams, Churches, Navy, FEMA)

  • Ability to take and pass a pre-employment drug test and willingness to submit to regular randomized drug tests
